lyrics
Proclaiming war on nature
They brainwashed the naives
„Producing more. Conserving more. Improving lives.“
- that's their mendacious myth
Despite every leak
They keep on spreading
Their carcinogenic shit
And Round Up their earnings
Despite every scandal
They keep on selling
What should be for free
As Pure fucking Life
Claiming possession on water
With outrageous treachery
„Only with a price, something gets a real value“
- that's their twisted logic
DDT, PCBs, Agent Orange, Dioxin, Dumex, you name it
Each time they knew
But tried to cover it up
They sent their hordes
Of crooked scientists, vendors and lawyers
To sell their lies and corrupted truth
Their endless appetite
devours every ethics
When the last tree Is cut down,
The last fish eaten,
And the last stream poisoned,
They will realize that you cannot eat fucking money

Masterful use of acoustic passages and synth stuff. This is definitely my favorite black metal-dungeon synth kinda album I've found recently. Each track flows into the next so well, I cannot recommend it enough. Perri

Gaerea's first release of "Unsettling Whispers" was in 2018, and since, they dared define a "black metal" niche of their own, they dared to walk a new path and stir shit up a bit in the realm of BM, this album is a masterpiece and a milestone proving that it can be done, provided the band can pull it off, and they did, oh they did! Gloomy, dark, post-BM sludgy whatever, it's Gaerea, and this one belongs in my BC collection, the end. sachavonkarl74

This album is just 100/100, like so many albums from mgla. How can a band hit the spot so many times? They are incredible. Thank you for accompanying me almost daily these days :) adrianradillo
